1990	1990 January 6, massacre of 55 innocent people, town ablaze by troops in Sopore, Kashmir, Asia. 1990 January 21, at least 52 people killed by troops in Gaw Kadal massacre, Kashmir, Asia. 1990 January 22, at least 10 protestors were killed by troops at Alamghari Bazar, Kashmir, Asia. 1990 January 25, near police station, Handwara, troops killed 21 people, Kashmir, Asia. 1990 March 1, the Zukoora and Tengpora massacre; 33 people were killed and 47 injured. 1990 May 21, Srinagar, Kashmir, Asia, when unidentified gunmen shot at Mirwaiz Moulvi Muhammad Farooq, killing him on the spot. More than 70 mourners were killed when troops fired at his funeral procession in Hawal area of Srinagar. On the same day in 2002, Khawaja Abdul Ghani Lone was martyred by unknown attackers when he was returning after addressing a gathering at Mazar-e-Shuhada in Srinagar. Handwara massacre. On October 1, 1990, troops apparently from the 13th Kumaon Regiment and Border Security Force (BSF) killed 22 civilians and set the town ablaze.
1991	1991 January 19, Four civilians killed on spot by troops while 10 others succumbed to their injuries at hospital. Aali kadal Srinagar on November 19, 1992.
1992	1992 May 8, Twenty-two innocent civilians were martyred and more than 50 others were injured when troops opened fire on a peaceful procession in the area. Aali Kadal in Srinagar on November 19, 1992. Sheikh Abdul Hameed, Mushtaq Ahmad Lone, Advocate Jamil Chowdhry, Fayaz Ahmad Sheikh, Mushtaq Ahmad Kuttay, Mushtaq Ahmad Khan and Ghulam Muhammad
1993	1993 January 6, at least 57 civilians were killed and hundreds sustained injuries. Around 350 shops and residential structures were gutted by fire after troops sprinkled gunpowder on them. Sopore, Kashmir, Asia. On October 22, 1993, troops apparently murdered at least 40 innocent Kashmiris in Bijbehara, Kashmir, Asia. Here are further facts.
1994	1994 January 27, Kupwara(Mazar-e Shuda at Rigipora) 27 people were killed.

1996	1996 Jalil Andrabi murder case Seven civilians of three families, including women, were killed by notorious government gunmen—Abdul Rashid Parray (alias Rashid Billa), Wali Mohammad Mir, and Mohammad Ayoub Dar—on October 5, 1996, in the Sadrakoot area of the Bandipora area.

1998	1998 January, intervening night of 25 and 26 Wandhama Ganderbal killing 23 people, Kashmir, Asia.

2000	2000 The Chattisinghpora, Pathribal, and Barakpora massacres refer to a series of three closely related incidents that took place in the Anantnag district of Kashmir between 20 March and 3 April 2000 that left up to 49 Kashmiri civilians dead. 2000 March 20, Chittisinghpura massacre, 15 Sikhs fell to the bullets of gunmen dressed in army fatigues. Bill Clinton involved . 2000 April 3, people came out on the roads and protested against these massacres. The police party led by SSP Farooq Khan indiscriminately fired upon the peaceful protesters, which claimed lives of eight civilians while 36 people received critical injuries in that firing.

2002	2002 massacre of Muslims in Gujarat riots in 3,000 Muslims in Gujarat when Modi was its chief minister.

2004	2004 Teli Katha massacre Molvi Mushtaq Ahmad was shot dead by unknown persons on June 8, 2004, while he was offering Maghrib prayers inside a mosque in Srinagar.

2006	2006 killing of four boys by troops at Doodhipora in Kupwara district, Kashmir, Asia on February 22. Confirmed nain culprit was Captain (now Major) Nitin Dutta in the killings and 33-Rashtriya Rifles . On May 30, 2006, a total of 22 individuals (20 students, 1 teacher, and an employee of Burning Candle School in Handwara) drowned in Wullar Lake. This was willfully and intentionally done in a military boat, without any rescue being offered. Who among the army/navy initiated this incident? How did they verify the safety of the boat? How did they make sure a rescue was in place before sending children, their teacher, and an employee on the boat?

2009	2009 Shopian rape and murder case 2009 Shopian rape and murder case Two women who were sisters-in-law went missing from their orchard on the way home on 29 May 2009. The next day morning, their bodies were found both one kilometer apart. The villagers alleged that both were raped and murdered by the security forces. Neelofar Jan, age 22, wife of Shakeel Ahmed Ahangar and mother of two-year-old son Suzzane. Aasiya Jan, age 17, daughter of Abdul Gani Ahangar. She had secured distinction in her matriculation exams in previous year and was a pre-medical student of New Greenland Higher Senior Secondary School in Alialpora, Shopian. Neelofar was Aasiya’s sister-in-law and both were residens of Bongam in Shopian. • Baramulla killing, June 2009 • Bomai Incident • Khaigam killing On May 29, 2009, Aasiya and Neelofar were abducted by men in uniform and raped while in custody. Their bodies were recovered from a shallow stream in the town of Shopian, Kashmir, the next morning.
2010	2010 Kashmir unrest killing of 112 civilians, Omar Abdullah/Ashiq Hussain Bukhari responsible for killings On September 18, 2010, Najar and Dagga were killed in police firing while they were waiting outside a Masjid in Khanabal to join the funeral prayers for the student Maroof Ahmad Nath. The student had drowned in the Jhelum River on September 13 after troops apparently chased some boys.

2013	2013 Ramban firing incident
2014	2014 October 5, killing of at least four civilians left 18 civilians wounded.
2015	2015 Narbal killing of a teenager when police fired at a mob during clashes in Narbal village in Budgam, kashmir, Asia. On October 8, 2015, two Kashmiri Muslim drivers were attacked in Udhampur and one of them was killed. Zahid Rasool Butt was assaulted on October 8 and died on October 18, 2015. From 1989 to 2015, there were many more incidents of murders in addition to those mentioned. The total number of murders is in the thousands.
2016	April 12, 2016 Handawara, Kashmir, firing incident, murdering three individuals. On June 13, 2016, troops or gunmen shot dead the youth Sheikh Tanveer Hussain and a woman while checking in for a passenger bus at Kud, Udhampur, on the Srinagar-Jammu highway. What is known about this case so far? A 32-year-old youth who had reportedly suffered from a psychiatric ailment for the last two decades and was going to Amritsar for treatment of his shoulder was murdered along with a woman on June 13, 2016. Local police and local military police: What do you have to do? Register the murder case against those who murdered, supervised the murder, conspired to carry out the murder. Start investigating. The military police’s assistance is required in this case. Disarm the individual or individual, including their supervisors. Put the individual who carried out the murders on death row. In this incident, gunmen were apparently the offenders, and 5 locals were the victims. Five youth were murdered in this incident. Further investigations are required. They have some criminal network among class 1 felons who are Muslims, Christians, and other religions. Locals who buried the martyred youth told the press that there was no such evidence to prove the army’s apparent claim that the youth were killed during an encounter. It seems that, based on their faces, they were killed a week ago and brought to Drugmulla in Kupwara to show that they were killed in an encounter. Even if there was an encounter, there is code of criminal procedure, a standard operating procedure, and the due process of law.
