Step one: Load the 8.5 x 11 inch (21.59 x 27.94 cm) plain paper Follow the steps listed below to load 8.5 x 11 inch (21.59 x 27.94 cm) paper in the main tray. Pull the main tray extender towards you to extend the main tray. Slide the paper-width and paper-length guides to their outermost positions. Figure 1: Sliding the paper-width guides  Load the paper with the side to be printed facing down. Verify that the stack of paper fits loosely under the tab on the paper-length guide. Adjust the paper-width and paper-length guides inward until they stop at the edges of the paper. Figure 2: Adjusting paper guides  Push the main input tray back into the HP All-in-One. Pull the output tray extender towards you. Figure 3: Pulling output tray extender  Step two: Print with 8.5 x 11 inch (21.59 x 27.94 cm) plain paper Follow these steps to print from the HP Photosmart Essential software: Open HP Photosmart Essential, click View , and select the photos to print. Click Print. Select Simple Print. Set the Paper Size to Borderless 215.9 x 279.4 mm (8.5x11 inch) . Select the appropriate layout for the print job. Click Print. |
