What do you understand by obstruction of justice in the state or outside the state?

Obstruction can include crimes committed by judges, prosecutors, attorneys general, and officials in general. It is misfeasance, malfeasance, or nonfeasance in the conduct of the office.

Nonfeasance is the failure to act where action is required, willfully or by neglect.
Misfeasance is the willful inappropriate action or intentional incorrect action or advice.
Malfeasance is the willful and intentional action that injures a party.

What are punishments for obstruction of justice in the state or outside the state?
Obstruction of justice is of various types.
The penalties under state laws range from misdemeanors to felonies.

For example, a person who bribes or attempts to bribe a witness in criminal investigations may face up to five years imprisonment, a fine, or both.
Twenty years imprisonment.
Forty years imprisonment.
Second-degree misdemeanor generally punishable by up to 90 days in jail. .

Termination from services. This should follow further punishments depending on the type of obstruction of justice.

What are examples of obstruction of justice in the state or outside the state?
